Express Delivery you’ll receive tracking notifications from our delivery partner once they have picked up your item(s) for delivery.
Postage cost
Australia wide - $10 express post // Free postage over $100 purchase.
International - $25 standard international post with tracking // Free postage over $200 purchase.
Returns
FAULTS -
We at Booty Hut take pride in our product and are dedicated to customer satisfaction. Should you find any fault with your purchase due to manufacturing we want to hear about it, as we are committed to ensuring the highest quality possible. The faulty item cannot be returned once it has been worn. Please refer to the information below if you believe your item is faulty and would like to exchange it.
We do not offer refunds !!!
EXCHANGES -
Only full priced items are eligible for an exchange or store credit. If you would like an item exchanged for a different size or colour and depending on stock availability, Return postage must be covered by the buyer. The item you are wanting to exchange will need to be in original condition and unworn. ANY ITEM WITH DIRT OR STAINS,MAKE UP OR ANY SIGNS OF WEAR WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Due to hygiene reasons bottoms cannot be exchanged. We do not offer returns/exchanges on sale or sample items. Please choose carefully referring to our sizing chart. If you do require an exchange, you must contact us via email within 48 hours of receiving your items.Your returns must be posted back within 10 days of receiving them.
Please include a self addressed satchel if you decide to exchange your item.
